Around the 80’s and early 90’s in China we had very little options for food and drink. A cup of milk tea was a kind of small luxurious luxpleasures at that time.
I still remember how excited i was when i first time to drank milk tea with my classmate. I was amazed by the mouthfeel and i had never ever drink such good beverage before. Till now, when i hang out with my friend, i get used to buy a cup of milk tea and enjoy whole relaxed day.
Christmas is coming soon and it is getting colder. It is good time to have a cup of hot milk tea. Here i would like to share with you : how to make a cup of hot milk tea.
Ingredients: Assam black tea leaves: 10g Jumbo Grand non dairy creamer SD80: 35g ➤Get price of creamer SD80 Cane sugar: 22g Boiled water (95 ℃) : 200cc(around185g) Warm water: 150g
Steps: 1.Prepare for the tea: Combine boiled water (95 ℃) 400g and Assam black tea leaves 10g for 12 minutes. Then stri 4-5 times and leave it aside for 6 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and get the tea soup.
2.Mix tea soup 200cc(around 185g) with warm water 150g, then add Jumbo Grand non dairy creamer SD80 35g, Cane sugar 22g Make non dairy creamer and sugar dissolved fully in the water.
3. Pour the mixture milk tea from high position and then repeat it for 3 times. This step will make the milk tea more rich and silk mouthfeel.
4. Serve and enjoy!
